Current position. A mixed employment where I work 50% with administrative tasks in customer service and 50% with communication. My tasks contains; receive error reports from our tenants and handle these. Answer and help tenants with various questions. Handling over keys to contractor and support the company’s staff in various matters. I am also connected to the communication department. These task are to produce and publish content to the company’s social media, improving the company’s chat tool, publish articles on the website, and produce various communication materials
A summer job during the summer of 2019 as Custom Service Coordinator. The work includes daily contact with customers, agents and sales companies with the goal of increasing sales. I handled the Brazilian, Argentine and Paraguayan markets.
